Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy human premolars scheduled for orthodontic extraction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of caries, restorations, trauma, periapical lesions and periodontoal pathology and teeeth that could not be isolated using rubber dam.
