Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 patients diagnosed with mandibular condyle fracture. 2 patients willing to participate in the study after filling consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 unwilling and uncooperative patients. 2 patients unfit for general anaesthesia. 3 obtunded neurological status when there is no documented hope for improvement. 4 patients in whom indireact maxilla fixation is contraindicated
