Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with class II div.1 malocclusion requiring bilateral extraction of maxillary first premolars. 2. Overjet of less than 10mm. 3. No debilitating systemic disease. 4. No radiographic evidence of bone loss. 5. No history of periodontal disease/ therapy. 6. No smoking habit. 7. No gingivitis or untreated caries.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.overjet more than 10mm 2. Presence of any signs and symptoms of gingival and periodontal diseases. 3. History of Long-term medication 4. Systemic diseases. 5. Evidence of bone loss. 6. Smoking habit. 7. Any carious Lesions.
