Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged above 18 at diagnosis 2) A diagnosis of breast, colorectal, endometrial, prostate, bladder, ovarian, cervical, head & neck, lung or testicular cancer; or melanoma, lymphoma or glioma. 3) Having the mental capacity to complete the questionnaire 4) Command of the language of the questionnaire 5) Written informed consent 6) Only one cancer diagnosis 7) Between one year and 10 years post-primary treatment or treatment for recurrence with curative intent (exception glioma and maintenance therapies e.g. tamoxifen) 8) No evidence of active disease (exception glioma)

Exclusion criteria: 1) More than 1 cancer diagnosis 2) Not satisfying inclusion criterion
