Health Condition 1: null- Women between 30-70years with carcinoma breast scheduled to undergo modified radical mastectomy.

Intervention1: NIL: Ultrasound guided inter pleural block and pectoral nerve block will be given and feasibility of modified radical mastectomy will be assessed by measuring the analgesic requirement,

Inclusion criteria: Carcinoma breast patients scheduled to undergo modified radical mastectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.coagulopathy 3.Allergic to local anaesthetics 4.skin infection at the site of needle insertion
