Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age group 18-80years 2) ASA grade II,III (having BMI >30kg/m2) 3) Undergoing laproscopic abdominal surgeries (duration 90-150 minutes)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)ASA III with : i)Severe obstructive or restrictive pulmonary disease ii)Liver disease iii)Implanted pacemaker iv)ESRD v)History of MI ,CVA , TIA , or CAD/stents. 2) H/O allergy to volatile anesthetics 3) Susceptible to malignant hyperthermia 4) Disabling disease of CNS 5) With use of any investigational drug within 30 days before surgery
