Health Condition 1: null- The patients with atrophic edentulous posterior maxilla willing for implant supported restorations were selected subjects for this present study.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Male and female subjects of age 20-50 yrs. 2.Patients having a healthy edentulous site with healthy adjacent teeth. 3.Patients with good oral hygiene. 4.Patients having good systemic health with no contradiction for implant surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring antibiotic prophylaxis for dental procedures. 2.Any sinus pathology contraindicating the graft procedure. 3.Patients who cannot undergo standard oral procedure for any reason. 4.Patients who smoke more than 10 cigarettes per day 5.Patients with uncontrolled or poorly controlled diabetes or patients with other uncontrolled metabolic diseases. 6.Patients with chronic or acute sinus problems. 7.Women who are pregnant. 8.Patients under 18 years of age.
