Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full set of teeth including second molar should be present with no history of periodontal disease Pre-treatment patients indicated for premolar extractions and periodontally accelerated orthodontic surgeries for the correction of malocclusion will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fracture or severe attrition of teeth will be excluded Individuals with periodontal destruction Subjects with any severe craniofacial disorder such as cleft palate Patients on anti- inflammatory drugs Patients with habit of smoking Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease or periodontal disease were excluded

To evaluate and compare bone dehiscence , buccal bone thickness and bone morphology pre and post orthodontic - surgical treatmentTimepoint: 3-6 months

To evaluate and compare presence of gingival recessions and overall satisfaction with treatment outcome as reflected in a visual analog scale (VAS).Timepoint: 3-6 months
