Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. participantswith family origin from Karnataka or Kerala 2) participants who gave consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with known hyper sensitivity to lipstick 2. Individuals with lip infections 3. Individuals who have undergone surgical correction or scars on lip. 4. Not willing to participate.
