Health Condition 1: null- Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery

Interventions

Intervention1: High spinal anaesthesia along with general anaesthesia: spinal anaesthesia prior to general Anaesthesia at L2-L3 level or L3-L4 intervertebral space with 40 mg of 0.5% Heavy bupivacain

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 30 to 70 yrs patient NYHA 1to 3 posted for coronary artery bypass surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency or redo surgery,associated valvular heart disease, preexisting arrhythmias, history of COPD or asthma, BMI more than 30, anticipated difficult airway, opioid drug abuse or addiction, contraindications for spinal anaesthesia like local site infection, spinal deformity,derranged coagulation by platelet count less than 80000 or INR more than 1.5
