Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Children within the age group of 3-5 years 2)Children with all primary teeth fully erupted 3)At least one pair of bilateral maxillary or mandibular primary second molar within ICDAS score 00-02 4)Patient at high risk of developing caries as per AAPD criteria 5)No history of any preventive dental treatment from last 6 months 6)Ready to comply with the study protocol 7)Children with good general health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Children with erupting/erupted permanent first molars 2)Medically compromised children 3)Children with any physical limitation which preclude children not to participate
