Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with non vital traumatized permanent maxillary central incisors having open apex(apical diameter greater than 1.1mm)which includes: 1.Teeth with pain ,swelling,sinus opening 2.Teeth with or without periapical pathoses (periapical index- scale 2 â?? small changes in bone structure). 3.Patients not allergic to medicaments and antibiotics necessary to complete the procedure (ASA 1 or 2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Medically compromised patients 2.Age group greater than 25 years Teeth with : 1.Periapical index scale greater than 2 2.Undergoing resorption 3.Caries exposure 4.Closed apex 5.Apical diameter lesser than 1.1 mm 6.Vertical fractures 7.Periodontally compromised teeth and 8.Nonrestorable teeth
