Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of schizophrenia/ schizoaffective disorder according to ICD 10 criteria 2. Referred by treating team for ECT 3. Provided informed consent for the Study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental retardation (Clinical examination) 2. Organic brain disorder 3. ECT in past 6 months
