Interventions

Intervention1: 4% Articaine With Adrenaline 1:100000: An amide group of local anesthetic, used very commonly in dental procedures, route of administration submucosal in dose of 1.5 ml to 2 ml Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children and Adolescents aged between 12 to 25 years who need bilateral symmetric extraction of maxillary premolars for orthodontic treatment 2. No signs of inflammation or infection at the extraction sites

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Already on medication that could interfere with participants sensitivity to pain 2. Allergic to any component of local anesthetic agent 3. known case of diabetes mellitus or hypertension or pregnancy and lactation
