Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients who undergone CT brain as per advised by their treating physician and have recent hemogram within 12hour will be observed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with calvarial fracture hindering HU measurement of venous sinuses, recent history of contrast administration, known hypercoagulable state, pregnant patients, and those with history of recent blood transfusion will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
1. To measure HU value of superior sagittal sinus and confluence of sinus sinuses using 10mm2 of region of interest(ROI) on unenhanced CT brain. 2.To demonstrate association of HU value with individualâ??s hemoglobin. 3.To established histogram for HU value HB level in Indian population.Timepoint: 1 year
