Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Cervical laminectomy for multilevel cervical stenosis with myelopathy. 2.Dorsal laminectomy for dorsal myelopathy. 3.Age: 25-85 yrs, Male or Female 4.Anterior cervical decompression and fusion for cervical myelopathy. 5.Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing forms and other study procedures. 6.Personally signed and dated informed consent document prior to any study-related procedures indicating that the patient has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Anterior cervical single level discectomy. 2.Dorsal infection. 3.Dorso-lumbar fracture spine. 4.Tumours in cervical and dorsal spine.
