Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and ASA 2 Patient under going lower abdominal surgery under regional anaesthesia between 20 â?? 60 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with difficulty in communicating, 2.Those prone to nausea, vomiting or motion sickness, 3.Patients previously on Opioid analgesic ,anti-emetics within 24 hours before anaesthesia, requiring continuous gastric suction for 24 hours in postoperative period, 4.Patient requiring use of opioid analgesics during intraoperative and post operative period will be excluded from study 5.Patients having Mallampatti grade-III or above were excluded from study 6.Patients with history of migrane 7.Pregnant & lactating patients
