Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 yrs 2. High risk of CIN : eGFR 30-60 ml/min/m2 3. Patients undergoing : CAG + adhoc PCI / Elective PCI. 4. Informed Writen Consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient undergoing Routine Hemodialysis or Peritoneal Dialysis 2. Inability to perform RIPC due to pathology of both arms (for example, dystrophy, recent trauma, chronic wounds) 3. Patient on T. Gilbenclamide or T. Nicorandil

| The primary outcome is the incidence of contrast induced nephropathy which is defined as an increment of serum creatinine by 0.5 mg/dL or a relative increase of 25% over the baseline value within a period of 48 hours after contrast medium administration.Timepoint: The follow up time points are 24 hours , 48 hours , 2 weeks and 6 weeks . | — |
