Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All lactating women between 20-40 years of age. The lactating women living in the low socio-economic community. The lactating women considered lactating if they reported breastfeeding their infant at least three times a day.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non lactating women. lactating women (6-12 months postpartum).
