Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are included in the study if all of the following criteria are met: 1. Patients with age > 50 yrs 2. Patients having clinical features of osteoporosis. 3. Patients with BMD -2.5 and less. 4. Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing forms and other study procedures. 5. Personally signed and dated informed consent document prior to any study-related procedures indicating that the patient has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.On treatment for hypocalcemia. 2.Known case of Malignancy. 3.Had history of trauma. 4.History of surgery in lumbar spine. 5.Known case of Spinal infection.
