Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 First episode of unilateral stroke with hemiparesis 2 Cognitive status-MMSE score >24 3 Either gender 4 Ability to sit independently with or without support 5 Medically stable 6 Ability to do lower limb movements on normal side 7 Brunnstrom voluntary staging for lower limb >= 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Perceptual disorders: Unilateral neglect, hemianopia, apraxia 2 Aphasia 3 Uncooperative patients 4 Lower limb deformities in the non paretic side 5 Decompressive craniectomy / craniotomy
