Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA 1 and 2, undergoing elective or emergency procedure for upper limb surgeries at or below the elbow.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal for the block 2.History of bleeding disorders 3.Local infection at the site of block 4.Pre existing neurological deficit 5.Respiratory compromise 6.Known allergy to local anaesthetic drug 7.Patients in whom the supraclavicular sono anatomy is not clear
