Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All those who are fulfilling the donor eligibility criteria and fit to donate, regular active smoker who smokes more than or equal to one pack year are included as cases and all healthy non smoking adults who are fulfilling the donor eligibility criteria and fit to donate are included as controls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not a current smoker or is an ex smoker Current smoker who smokes less than one pack year Occasional smoker Not fulfilling the donor eligibility criteria
