Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 40 to 70 year, 2. both male and female 3. Hemiparesis right or left 4. Unilateral stroke Ischemic or hemmorhagic 5. Six to 24 months after stroke 6. Normal visual abilities 7. BRS Stage 2 & above of upper extremity 8. Muscle strength MRC grade 2 to 4 9. Muscle tone Modified Ashworth scale 1 to 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receptive communication disorder 2. Shoulder dislocation/subluxation 3. Musculoskeletal dysfunction 4. Painful &stiff shoulder 5. Severe cognitive / perceptual deficit 6. Concomitant medical illness 7. Cardiovascular instability 8. Pregnancy 9. Renal infection / failure
