Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 - 25 yrs 2. DMFT score more than 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who were undergoing orthodontic treatment or with a history of taking antibiotics within 4 weeks and during the study period.
