Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women with high pre-pregnancy BMI or high BMI at time of recruitment 2.Delivered at Fernandez Hospital 3.Had singleton pregnancies 4.3-4 months postpartum

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women relocating out of Hyderabad in the next 3 months 2.Women delivering before 34 weeks period of gestation 3. History of bariatric surgery
