Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years 2.Diagnosis of index cancer 3.ECOG 0-3 4.Willing to participate and able to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients/Caregivers already counselled about diagnosis and prognosis 2.Previous history of treatment
