Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-presence of symtoms of airflow obstruction 2-airflow obstruction is at least partially reversible. 3-oxygen saturation > 90 4-cases included from intermittent mildly persistent to moderate persistent asthma. 5-age 18 -70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: oxygen saturation 2-chronicity more than 10 years. 3-asadhya lakshanas of tamaka shwasa 4-the patient with H/o tuberculosis copd emphysema etc. 5-H/o endocrine disorders like diabetes mellitus 6-if the patient exhibits short seasonal changes of less than 4 weeks duration
