Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diabetes of any age group 2.Diabetes patients having any co-morbid condition 3.Patients of either of any gender (Male and Female) 4.Patients who are capable to giving written consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients who are not willing to participate. • Pregnant and lactating women. • Patients who are unconscious, Semi â?? conscious and disoriented.
