Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Multilevel ( >1 level) cervical stenosis with myelopathy- Anterior approach operated. 2. Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing forms and other study procedures. 3. Personally signed and dated informed consent document prior to any study-related procedures indicating that the patient has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Posterior cervical laminectomy cases 2. Post traumatic cervical spine. 3. Cervical PID with only radiculopathy. 4. Cervical spine infection.
