Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To compare the clinicoradiological outcomes in patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis with fused hips and spinopelvic deformity undergoing total hip arthroplasty using a novel computer assisted design (CAD) model based protocol vs. conventional techniqueTimepoint: 3 months | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1.To evaluate the spinopelvic deformity in patients with bilateral fused hips in Ankylosing Spondylitis 2.To evaluate the possible impact of hip arthroplasty on pelvifemoral parameters once the patient is upright and mobile with still persistent pelvifemoral deformity 3.To evaluate the possible impact of spinopelvic deformity on the spatial orientation of the components of Total Hip Arthroplasty.Timepoint: 2 years | — |
