Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of headache for more than one year 5 or more attacks of headache in three months Willingness to participate in the trial and follow diet restrictions Complete headache dairy Medicines for 90 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with primary psychiatric disorders major medical illness pregnancy pure menstrual migraine menopausal women subjects who were on ayurveda or yoga for the past six months
