Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Consenting resident doctors on duty in labour room and postpartum ward were included for the study. Exclusion criteria Resident doctor not willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria: Resident doctors not consenting to take part in the study

Completeness of Maternal/New-born parameters documented during labour and postpartum stay case sheet. Timepoint: At discharge of the patient from hospital i.e. 1. 1 day after normal delivery 2. 4th day after cesarean delivery
