Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients having single level lytic listhesis grade 2,3 or 4. 2 Psychosocially, mentally and physically able to fully comply with this protocol including adhering to completing forms and other study procedures. 3 Personally signed and dated informed consent document prior to any study-related procedures indicating that the patient has been informed of all pertinent aspects of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Has had previous surgery at the index level. 2 Has had multiple level lytic Listhesis. 3 Patient having dysplastic Listhesis. 4 Patient having traumatic Listhesis. 5 Patient having grade 1 listhesis. 6 Pregnant during study period.
