Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Teeth extracted due to orthodontic, prosthodontic or periodontal reasons. 2. Teeth with intact roots and patent apical foramen. 3. Absence of systemic diseases. 4. Vital pulp.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth with root resorption and fracture. 2. Incomplete apex formation. 3. Extensive carious lesions. 4. Metallic restorations or restorations with signs of leakage. 5. Teeth with external and internal root resorption. 6. Teeth with full metallic crowns. 7. Advanced periodontal disease.
