Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees and graduated students of the hospital, who are authorized to perform blood and blood component transfusion as advised by the treating doctor and who have performed at least 25 transfusions earlier.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Employees and students of the hospital, who are not authorized to perform blood and blood component transfusion.
