Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of all age groups with atrophic acne scars, able to give informed consent, and able to comply with study requirements for 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with acitve infection on face,kelodal scarring, pregnancy, any severe systemic illness or malignancy, history of treatment with systemic retinoids within past 6 months, anticoagulant therpay or aspirin
