Health Condition 1: H438- Other disorders of vitreous body Health Condition 2: null- Patients having vision loss below 6/12 due to epiretinal membranes

Interventions

Intervention1: Combined Epiretinal and Internal limiting membrane peeling: Cases with loss of vision will undergo parsplana vitrectomy with combined epiretinal membrane and internal limiting membran

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases with macular ERM confirmed by Optical coherence tomography(OCT) with vision 6/12 or worse will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Active intra ocular inflammation b) Coexisting Diabetic or hypertensive macular oedema c) Coexisting tractional or rhegmatogenous retinal detachment d) Cases with macular hole.
