Interventions

Intervention1: Katak yoga: katak seeds soaked with buttermilk, dried and then pounded to fine powder used orally 5 grams twice a day before both meals along with honey and metformin for three months.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Blood sugar level fasting between 100 to 130 2. Blood sugar level postprandial between 150 to 180 3. HBA1C 5.7 to 6.4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood sugar level fasting above 130 2. Blood sugar level postprandial above 180 3. HBA1C above 6.4
