Health Condition 1: null- patients who are suffering from severe pain in lower mandibular molars

Interventions

Intervention1: Dr. Mandeep S Grewal: DOSE- 1.7/3.4 ml lidocaine 1.7/3.4 ml articaine Frequency- one time for both inferior alveolar nerve block and buccal infiltration d Duration-30 minutes to 1 hour

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IP in mandibular first and second molar tooth with normal periapical radiographic appearance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of sensitivity to 4% articaine or epinephrine, systemic diseases, pregnancy, neuropathies, periapical abscess and swelling
