Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing diagnostic Gastroscopy (Age > 18 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with clinical partial or complete gastric outlet obstruction, food debris, blood, or thick bile juice retained in the stomach, Pregnancy, having phenylketonuria or were suspected to have hypersensitivity to the trial medications
