Inclusion criteria: all doctors ,nurses and anganwadi workers who attend newborns including 48 hour old newborns for screening
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: all doctors ,nurses and anganwadi workers who decline to participate in this study including preterm newborns for screening
