Inclusion criteria: Pts coming for elective off pump CABG IN sinus rhythm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not meeting age criteria Not in sinus rhythm Redo or emergency surgeries Pts refusal Contraindications for TEE probe placement like esophageal varies, strictures, tumours, esophageal diverticulum, hiatus hernia, large descending thoracic aortic aneurysm. Poor 2d echocardiographic image quality
