Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients above 40 years will be divided into three groups as pre menopausal, menopasual and postmenopausal according to their signs and symptoms with change in menstrual pattern.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient unwilling to participate in the study. Life threatening illness like renal disorders and malignancy.
