Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients between age 18-60,admitted for elective neurosurgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with history of coronary artery disease, 2. Congestive heart failure, 3. Significant cardiac arrhythmia, 4. Chronic obstructive lung disease, 5. Acute or chronic renal/ liver disease.
