Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cancer patients enrolled in JIPMER Palliative Clinic at Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), whose pain is controlled with morphine 60 mg/day and higher dose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients 2. Elderly patients who are bedridden. 3. Patients who are hearing impaired, visually impaired & aphasic. 4. Patients who are on other pain medications with morphine. 5. Patients who require other treatments like irradiation, nerve blocks, epidural anesthesia etc., for their pain management along with morphine.
