Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients with age of 40-70 years 2. Clinically diagnosed cases of OA of knee joints 3. Radiologically confirmed cases of OA of knee joints 4. Mild, moderate case of OA 5. Response to NSAID/glucocorticoids 6. willing to give consent for participating in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients on treatment of anticoagulants, lithium, and any investigational drug within a month preceding the study 2. Those who are suffering from dermatitis or have a history of dermatitis 3. Those who are on steroid treatment or treatment with Immunosuppressive drugs/Biologicals 4. Pregnant and lactating women 5. Patients using any topical product on the site of application 6. Any condition which in the opinion of investigator will place the subject at risk or will influence the conduct of study or interpretation of results 7. Diagnosed cases of Diabetes Mellitus 8. Diagnosed cases of RA 9. Diagnosed cases of Gouti arthritis 10. Pittaja shotha
