Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18 and above Those patients who can read and write Kannada or English Patients who give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have problems with comprehension ,learning disabilities, language barrier, problems with vision, speech and hearing, developmental anomalies and syndromes will be excluded.
