Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients ASA1 and 2 scheduled for elective short day care gynaecological surgery duration < 30Min under Iv sedation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergies to any of the test drugs,pregnancy,Drug abuse,chronic pain condition,Difficult airway, BMI > 35,Neurological disorder,psychological disorder

Modified Aldrete score,Finger Taper Test,Visual spatial memory Test,Timepoint: Modified Aldrete score every 1 min till score 9-10,Finger Taper Test and Visual spatial memory Test every hour till 4 hour
