Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women within 18-65 years and belonging to ASA 1&2 2. Elective modified radical mastectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Emergency surgery 3. Obesity 4. Patients with coronary artery disease, uncontrolled systemic hypertension, congestive cardiac failure, renal dysfunction/disease, h/o psychiatry and/or seizure disorder 5. On opioid or gabapentinoid medication 6. H/o known allergy to study drug
